Once you’ve filled out the intake form, I will review your information and contact you to schedule an initial consultation appointment. I will have the opportunity to discuss your specific needs and treat as needed during the first visit. I encourage your to review my pricing list and read the FAQs page

2. RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS
Upon submission you will receive an email which contains important details for your pet’s initial consultation. At this time, please attach your pet’s most recent medical record for Dr. S to look over
3. RECEIVE A SCHEDULING EMAIL
Dr. S will send you a separate email which contains available appointment dates/times. Please reply swiftly to confirm the time that works best for you.
4. BE READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Review the automated email you received after you submitted the contact form to ensure preparedness for your visit. I will visit you in your home for your integrative veterinary appointment!
