Text messaging is always welcome for convenience; however, response times may be longer compared to emailing the INTAKE FORM, as Dr. S is frequently traveling throughout Long Island providing in-home concierge house call services. For the fastest communication and scheduling coordination, filling out the INTAKE FORM is preferred.
