Dr. Sanghvi's rescue twins, Peanut and Pebbles

Acupuncture, Light Therapy, Herbal Therapy and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine are unified by a shared goal :

Each supports comfort, mobility, and overall well-being—helping pets enjoy a higher quality of life. When used alongside routine veterinary care, these integrative therapies can enhance health and happiness at every stage of life.

What is Veterinary Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Veterinary Medicine combines the best of conventional (Western) veterinary care with complementary therapies to support the whole pet. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this approach considers physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and quality of life.

By thoughtfully blending evidence-based Western medicine with therapies such as acupuncture, rehabilitation, herbal medicine, and other holistic modalities, integrative care allows treatment plans to be tailored to each individual pet. These therapies are used alongside—not instead of—regular veterinary care to enhance comfort, function, and overall wellness.

Convenient Veterinary House Calls

Veterinary care shouldn’t be stressful—for you or your pet. Convenient house calls allow your pet to receive thoughtful, personalized care in the comfort of their own home. By eliminating travel and unfamiliar environments, in-home visits reduce fear and anxiety while creating a calm space for more meaningful, unhurried care.

Wondering how I can support you and your pet?

Partnership

Your voice matters. I believe the best care happens when we work together, honoring your insight, experience, and deep understanding of your pet. Your involvement is welcomed and valued at every visit.

Presence

Unhurried visits allow space for listening, connection, and thoughtful observation. This level of attention helps ensure care that is both gentle and highly individualized.

Reassurance

I recognize how deeply you care for your pet and the responsibility that comes with every decision. My approach is designed to provide clarity, support, and confidence, so you feel reassured and supported throughout your pet’s care.

Mistletoe Therapy For Dogs and Cats With Cancer

At Holistic Harmony Veterinary Services, Viscum (mistletoe) therapy is offered as a complementary and integrative cancer treatment, meaning it is used alongside — not as a replacement for — conventional oncology care such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

Administered as a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection, Viscum may also be considered for pets who are not pursuing specialty oncology treatment due to financial considerations, age, quality-of-life concerns, temperament, or overall energy level, with the goal of supporting comfort, immune function, appetite, and overall well-being
